The Thang:
BOM/Prayer
- 0.5 Mi conversational pace to the old Bentley’s Beach house, Circle and Stretch
- 0.5 Mi near race pace to the stoplight at Corley Mill Road, Circle and Stretch
- 0.5 Mi conversational pace to the stoplight on the dam
- 0.5 Mi 3/4 pace back to the stoplight at Corley Mill Road
- Sprint work at the Lake Murray Beach Entrance
- 3/4 speed to the stop bar, mozey back down x2
- 90% speed to the stop bar, mozey back down x2
- Long Stride Backpedal to the stop bar, mozey back down x2
- Stride run to the stop bar, mozey back down x2
- All out sprint to the stop bar, stay at the top
- 1 mi cool down back to the church
Moleskin:
- Another solid group of pax for Crusade on a Monday. The could become official soon.
- This workout turned out to be tougher than expected, not too tough, but tough enough to feel a little smoked.
- #TClaps to Sand Dollar for pushing himself. He was leading the pack at least one of the legs. #Respect.
