11 pax posted for a Wednesday morning run Qed by YHC. When in doubt of what to do, we can always go for an out and back up Mt Regal. Good Work by all the pax. Lots of Getting Better was had.

- Good to see some new faces at Crusade. Or maybe it has been a while since YHC has posted at Crusade. Either way, good to see pax coming to give it a try.
- YHC definitely felt the positive effects of the Gauntlet from last week. Encouraging to see the progress is distance and pace.
- Spackle said he Qed Friday at Crusade. Is there a BB to prove it? Most other pax were at the Reaper Hill or Dang 5k…. HMMMM….?
Devo: Accountability
YHC has had some struggles with consistency in posting the past couple weeks. Some weeks are better than others, but overall it can be better. What started out as a personal challenge shared with the pax turned in to a full discussion in the COT. SPOILER ALERT: There are other pax with similar struggles. So here is the idea. Find another pax, or 2 or 3, plan out a week to post together at various AOs. Or maybe reach out to some pax that need to be welcomed (#Kottered) back to the BOM. In the spirit of Ranger’s Gauntlet last week, make it you own mini Gauntlet. The main idea is to lock shields with other pax for a week and sharpen each other and to stay motivated in this Journey (or Battle – whichever way you choose to look at it) called life. After one week, either rinse and repeat, or find other pax to lock shields.
