As is customary at Thread, begin with a 30 minute Ruck or Run. Some PAX rucked and others ran.
Meet back at the parking lot and circle up with kettlebells in hand. One quick glance around the circle and you can tell that the kettlebells come in all shapes, sizes, colors, handle girth etc
.
- Plank in front of Kettlebells while some sweet jams begin to play on the speaker. Half a song in and the questions about covers songs and bands covering other bands start flying in. A running theme for this workout.
- 10 alternating kettlebell touches while in plank position.
