Saturday at Stomp the Swamp I was a little surprised when Pop-off told me I had the Q at Ambush on the following Tuesday. Not a big deal. I love coming over to see my dudes at Ambush! These guys are always ready to work! It’s pretty amazing how far they’ve come since I’ve last been here. This AO is full of animals and there’s no wonder they were able to field a complete 12 man BRR team. It’s awesome to see all their hard work paying off!

Line up on the goal line on the left sideline
Run the lines progressing 5 yards up the field when you reach each sideline
At each sideline perform Burpees x 3
Finish at opposite goal line
Approximately 1 mile and 80 burpees

Line up in nearest corner (Corner 1) for “Corner Strike”
Corner 1 – Partner 1 runs diagonally to opposite corner (Corner 3), then back peddle down sideline to Corner 2, then run diagonally to opposite corner (Corner 4), then back peddle down sideline back to Corner 1. While partner 1 is running, partner 2 is performing Curls. Total Curls to be completed per pair is 200.
When Corner 1 Curls x 200 are completed, move to Corner 2 with block.
The following exercises are to be completed in each corner by each team.
Corner 1 – Block Curls x 200
Corner 2 – Block Thrusters x 100 #Crowdpleaser
Corner 3 – Block Swings x 150
Corner 4 – Merkins x 150 (Unfortunately we didn’t make it this far before time expired)**
