YHC hasn’t been getting out to Stride like he used to, like he wants to, like he needs to. Signing up to Q helps solve all those. 11 pax and 1 Winston got in a few chilly miles of various distances this morning.

- out-n-back: exit parking lot, North on North Lake Dr (hwy 6), Right on Old Cherokee Road, careful crossing over 378 onto Mallard Lake Drive, run to end of MLD and retrace steps back.
That got you almost 6 miles. Options were to turn around early, slice off the Mt Regal / Cherokee tip (coming or going) and stay on Hwy 378 which saved about 0.4 miles and a climb, or circle around as needed at the end for extra distance.
