The gloom was gloomy yet 7 men kicked off the week by defeating the ‘sack and posting for some terribleness known as Cemetery Hill Sprint Repeats. If hillwork is speedwork then sprint repeats on a hill must be double speedwork.
For those that don’t know, Cemetery Hill is .2 miles long and about 300 ft elevation. It’s a bad dude.
