Cemetery Hill Sprint Repeats

The gloom was gloomy yet 7 men kicked off the week by defeating the ‘sack and posting for some terribleness known as Cemetery Hill Sprint Repeats. If hillwork is speedwork then sprint repeats on a hill must be double speedwork.

For those that don’t know, Cemetery Hill is .2 miles long and about 300 ft elevation. It’s a bad dude.

Conditions: 55 degrees, gloomy

The Thang:

Warm up mosey to bottom of cemetery hill

Butt kicks
High knees

(4 poles and a stop sign on cemetery hill)

Sprint to pole 1
Mosey back
Sprint to pole 2
Mosey back
Sprint to pole 3
Mosey back
Sprint to pole 4
Mosey back
Sprint to top of cemetery hill
Mosey back
R&R until time

Total mileage = 3.7
