Morning
Had a very comfortable and cool morning for my first Q.
A little excited than nervous as I saw some brothers from graveyard showing up to support me along with our regulars from turning point.
Started with a quick thankful prayer and then divided into two groups. Two group indian run to the front of midway.
21 thru the tunnels
21 imperial walkers
11 big arm circles forward 11 reverse
Indian run to the back pick up area at midway
21 mountain climbers
15 Merkin
21 squats
Indian run to basketball court
Sprints hoop to hoop each time squats start with 20 then 15 then 10 then 5
Mozy over to the wall
People chairs with 21 overhead claps then balls to the walls 30 seconds people chairs 15 overhead claps then balls to the walls 25 seconds
People chair 10 overhead claps then balls to the wall 15 seconds
Note with this size group should have had this along the columns so we could hear each other. Learn and live
Then on field four corners each corner had an activity. Lbc,flutter kicks, mountain climber, plank jack or merkins.
Start with two groups lined up going long way do the activity 20 times then run backward to the other short side and do that activity 20 times then run long side corner that activity 20 times and finally back to short side backwards 20 times. Rinse and repeat till you drop to 15 ,10 and 5 each time.
On paper this should have given me an hour but had 15 minutes left.
Respectfully for treadmill we did Jacob ladder with 5 bear crawls uphill merkins at top squat at bottom.
Note At this late stage that’s too many bear crawls.
Finish with an Indian run around school had a brother call out an activity. As I expected Spackle had us do 21 ssh in my improved form. That’s why this will never be part of my Q activity.
Then indian run to front of midway and Granola called out the hello dolly I think 34 I lost track trying to keep anything moving while on my back.
Then indian run to basketball court where nail pop has us do shoulder tap merkins 15 .
Finally time up and back to front.
