Weekend Special was kind of enough to let YHC lead The Reaper this AM. The Reaper remains, IMO, the best AMRAP we have in the region. Cemetery Hill is always a killer but then you add the work. Form matters so YHC changed the exercises for form focus. Instead of merkins and LBCs, we did Hand Release Merkins and Mt Climbers and also decreased the reps.

If you go to the southwest desert and catch 100 red fire ants, as well as, 100 large black ants and put them in a jar, at first, nothing will happen.
However, if you violently shake the jar and dump them back on the ground, the ants will fight until they eventually kill each other.
The thing is, the red ants think the black ants are the enemy and vice versa, when in reality, the real enemy is the person who shook the jar.
This is exactly what’s happening in society today.

YHC’s commentary: Some will say the media, some will our political parties, some will say social media is shaking the jar to divide us and make us kill each other. It’s clear that the jar shaking is the work of the devil as we turn our eyes away from God. Stay focused on loving each other as our Savior teaches.
