The Thang:
Mosey to front of gym. For fifteen minutes, the Pax will have: 50 merkins, 50 MCs, 50 squats, 50 LBCs, 50 burpees. Time will be divided into three-minute intervals. When the buzzer rings signifying the end of a three minute period, Pax will stop and take a lap to the rock and return. Upon return, pick up where you left off while the clock continues to run.
Mosey to back of school, grab a block, and report to corner of gym. Same sequence as above, but using a block for 50 overhead presses, 50 leg lifts, 50 block jumps, 50 curls, and 50 thrusters. Run up and around the hill when the buzzer rings.
