BC to 20 yard line, perform 19 burpees
R&R until you reach the opposite goal line and perform 11 burpees
Turn around and begin lunging back, stopping every 10 yards to perform 10 burpees, all the way down to 1 burpee at the starting point
Slowsy to wall for 1 minute of people’s chair
