Mosey to block pile and grab a block. Since YHC is about to turn 39(tomorrow), 39 reps will be completed of each exercise. In between exercises sprint from light pole #1 to #2 and back to #1. The count, especially in cadence, gets stupid when your doing 39 continuous reps. I plan on doing this workout every year. Ebert said he can’t wait for me to turn 60!
