Been a few weeks since YHC made it out to kettlebells. What better way to beat the fartsack than to Q! YHC was pretty excited this morning since the back was feeling better after the epidural. YHC was ready to get after it and knew the PAX would be ready too! I think everyone approved of the workout!

-LBAC x 10 F&B

-SSH x 10

The Thang

Pyramid- start each set with 20 swings. All other exercises will start with 10 reps and decrease by 1 rep each set. NO REST in between reps or sets.

-Swings

-Clean and press (R&L)

-High Pulls

-Goblet Squats

-Halos (R&L)

-Single leg deadlift (R&L) more difficult to balance than expected

-Merkins

Due to time we made it down to 7 reps and then did 10 reps of each minus the Merkins for the very last set.
