As YHC rolled into BeechHouse this AM the rain was pouring and a bolt of lightning lit the sky. Muggy Tape and I decided that stridelite was off the table. The rain cleared a few minutes before and the pax started rolling in. It was good to see some familiar faces that I hadn’t seen in a while and to meet some of the pax that make up this AO. The rain held off and we had a fun time. Below is what went down. Thanks for having me men.

The Thang: Forty’s
We preformed 2 exercises> Squats and Incline Merkins. Each round reps total 40. Start with 10 on one end and 30 on the other. Decrease or increase by 5 til you do get to 10 and 30. You will have 100 total reps of each exercise at the end.
Then we did Elevens:
Dips at the columns and lunged across the drive to do big boy sit ups. Decrease or increase by one rep each round. Total reps each round equals 11. 55 reps of each exercise.
Recover back under the covered area for some MARY: All IC x 10
