Blocks, Burpees, and Tic Tac Toe

The morning seemed to have a slow start as Team Canseco realized they had been beaten off the start with an 11-7 showing, giving Booster Club another win. Even Tater coming in as a closer couldn’t pull them back into the game today. They will look to regroup and add some pax for Thursday’s showing.
Back to the business, 19 Pax posted on a cool, clear morning to carry blocks, play tic tac toe and of course, burpees.

Conditions: Clear, cool and low 50’s

The Good Stuff:

Disclaimer- Prayer

Mosey to parking lot behind school for COPs, all IC x 10 (Except BACs, I ran out of breathe at 9)

BACS, RBACs, TTT, SSH, OHC

Split into two teams (Canseco borrowed a couple TMs from BOoster’s Club)
Mosey to Block Pile.

Each team grabbed 8 blocks, leaving one PAX without one. Lead by the PAX with no block, each team lined up and completed Indian Runs with the blocks, handing off their block to the front runner in line. Continuing this until reaching the bottom of the stairs.

PAX then bunny hopped up the stairs, remained in teams and began a less than organized few games of Tic Tac Toe.

With one set of Carolina Gamecock Bags and one set of plain jane white/grey bags (used for X’s and O’s), The QIC must of failed in assigning the bags to each team because each team seemed to grab any bag in sight. Looking back at it there seemed to be no real winner.

TIC TAC TOE course:
As the remaining PAX changed exercises between, squats, imperial walkers, merkins and a few burpees (on their own), two PAX would rotate out (1 from each team), race down the stairs to 3 cones:
cone 1: 5 block merkins
cone 2: 5 BBS
cone 3: 5 squats
Then bear crawl up the hill to the TIC TAC TOE area, racing to put a bag in a space.
The PAX rotated turns, racing each other until a winner was decided or a scratch restarted it.
3ish games were completed before moving on.
Mumblechatter was at an all time high during the event and a few burpees may have been given out to try and get some order back.

PAX then moseyed back to the blocks and repeated the Block Indian Run back to the block pile.

Moseyed back up to the parking lot, planking for the six.

PAX lined up at one end of the parking lot lines. Beginning with 1 burpee, PAX would complete burpees and squat jumps, alternating each line and increasing the reps by 1 each time. EX: 1 burpee, 1 squat jump, 2 burpees, 2 squat jumps, etc.
Plank for the six once on the other side of the parking lot.

Mosey back to Shovel Flag.
Completed flutterkicks, American Hammers and Boat/Canoe, 30 second AMRAPs.
Recover.
