Then run to opposite goal line do 1 burpee then return to block
3 movements backwards w block x 5 reps
Resurrection bunnies, crawlbear block drag, reverse lunge walk
Run to opposite goal Line do 2 burpees
Rinse and repeat adding 5 reps to movements and running to opposite goal Line adding 1 burpee to total count each time
Movements 5 ,10 15 ,20, 25 as above forward and then reverse.

Return blocks
