Mosey over to the bottom of Cemetery Hill
Run up to the second light, Merkins x 10. Run up to the fourth light, Squats x 10. Run up to the top, BBSU x 10. Rinse and repeat for a total of four rounds.
Line up at the bottom of Cemetery Hill, first person runs up to the second light backwards and then back down. While running, all other AMRAP called exercise. When the runner gets back, the next one goes until all runners have gone.
