Basic Block Beatdown at The Arena

9 Pax post to The Arena for YHC’s first visit and Q. Found some of those Old Graveyard Pax (Forrest, Pot Luck and Floppy Disk) and got to wear the hat of the day provided by Chedda, Go Packers! The Pax did a lot of complaining about too much block work (no such thing) but the killed it and are better for it. Great group, and YHC will be back.

Run to 1/2 way point of first court 10 merkins, return to start 5 Burpies
Run to 1/2 way point of first court, 10 merkins, run to send of first court 10 squats, back to 1/2 way 10 merkins, return to start 5 burpies
Continue to 1/2 court each trip, alternating merkins and squats at each 1/2 out and back with 5 burpies at the end
