Some Tired Bear Crawling PAX

Conditions: 34* and Calm

Intro, Disclaimer and Prayer

Mosey to the block pile and grab two small bricks apiece and two tires. We placed the tires 15yds apart.
The warm up was as follows;
15 SSH
2 burpees
15 TTT (modification to include clapping hands behind back to encourage full range of motion)
2 burpees
10 Merkins
2 burpees
Little Baby Arm Circles 25 each way
2 burpees
25 OH Claps
10 burpees

The Thang:
It was nice and brisk this morning so YHC got right to it, kinda like this BB. We paired off into twos and took up position around each of the tires.
Round 1
We started out with Partner 1 performing Overhead claps with our bricks while Partner 2 bear crawled with his bricks around both tires (approximately 30yds). We rotated until we hit a total of 200 OHC’s between the 2 of us.
Round 2
Each PAX performed 50 Squat Thrusters w/ OH press holding their bricks.
Round 3
Partner 1 performed Frontal Lateral Raises with his bricks while Partner 2 bear crawled back around our tires. We rotated until we hit 200 Raises.
Round 4
Each PAX performed 50 Squat Thrusters w/ OH press holding their bricks.
Round 5
Partner 1 performed Overhead Lifts with his bricks while Partner 2 bear crawled back around our tires. We rotated until we hit 200 Lifts.

We put our bricks and tires back and made our way to the planter. Upon arrival Partner 1 started a series of Tricep Dips while Partner 2 lunged around the planter. We alternated after each lap until we completed 300 hundred dips per team.
