9 PAX beat the FS and posted for some solid work. YHC had to make a call to the bullpen on Tuesday. Today we audibled to a new weinke for a new day. It was a cold, not that cold, brisk morning in the gloom.

Mosey to block pile. Grab a block and head to blacktop next to playground. Pair up. Series of partner exercises for total count.
50 merkins / carry both blocks to end and back.
75 squats with block / lunge with block midway and back.
100 curls with block / carry block overhead to end and back.
Pickup six when finished. Recover to block pile to stack up blocks.
Mosey to shovelflag for Mary. Plank for six. On the way do 5 burpees every time you pass a fence/gate (crowd pleaser).
Series of ab exercises. 10 IC each. Moving immediately from one to the next.
