Arena Leg Day

Weather: 45 degrees, Spooktacular

Dirty Bird was scheduled to pay his first visit to Arena, but since Boneyard is having its 4-year anniversary the pax will have to wait to experience his bone scatter beatdown.

YHC couldn’t quite make up his mind about what to do today, but finally it came down to leg day with some four corners mixed in.


The Thang:

Intro, Disclaimer, Prayer and Lord’s Prayer, Pledge of Allegiance.

Mosey around the parking lot, stopping in the middle for COP.


The workout went something like this:


Merkins X 10 IC

Imperial Walkers X 18 IC

LBAC X 10 IC – Forward & Reverse


Merkins X 10 on my count

Mosey towards the front wall.

People’s Chair while each pax does 5 squats in turn. Kudos to Notebook for excellent form!

Lunge across the perimeter road and grassy area. Lunge back.

Bear crawl across the perimeter road and grassy area. Bear crawl back.

Squats X 20 IC

Mosey down to shovel flag area for four corners.

Complete an exercise then mosey together to the next corner.

First corner – 11 Burpees on your own. (3 for Notebook)

Second corner – 21 Merkins on your own

Third corner – 31 LBC’s on your own

Fourth corner – 41 squats on your own.

Rinse and repeat for four rounds, adding one repetition each lap.

Mosey back to shovel flag.

Flutter kicks X 38 for Cheech as YHC always does.
