YHC was honored to be asked to Q at the “still smells like” new Urban Legend. There are lots of possibilities I down town Lexington so, since it had been a while since YHC had been to the Ice House Amphitheater, YHC took full advantage and lead the pax over there for some stair climbing , lap running, 30-rep-exercising good times.

Mosey to the far corner of the parking lot for SSH x 30, IC; then sprint to the 2nd corner for 3o x TTT, IC; sprint to 3rd corner for Windmills x 30, IC; sprint to last corner under parking deck(because it sounds cool) for 15 Burpees OYO. recover, follow Q to the Amphitheater, being very careful at both street crossings.
3 Stations are set up each consisting of 30 reps of various exercises. Ordinarily 30 reps of any of these exercises is no big deal but after each set the pax has to run down the stairs, around the theater, up the other side and plank for the 6 before moving to the next exercise.
The exercises were: Evolution 1: Slo-mo squats, Mountian Climbers, Hand Release Merkins, Hello Dollies, 15 Burpees.
Evolution 2: Diamond Merkins, LBC’s, Sumo-squats, Monkey Humpers, 15 Burpees.
Evoluition 3: Pendulum, Jump Squats, Wide-grip Merkins, Hip Thrusters, 15 Burpees.
