R1 – P1 flips tire to 25yrd P2 Oh Carry to 25 Block Burpee’s till P1 arrives. Naturally swap at 25 return to goal line.
R2 – P1 Tire flip 25yrd P2 CFG. Then swap back to goal line
R3 – P1 Tire flip 25yrd P2 OH Press. Then swap back to goal line
R4 – Tire flip 25yrd P2 Squat W Block. Then swap back to goal line
R5 – Tire flip 25yrd Block up’s Juice was pushing hard for this. Then swap back to goal line

This was a great workout put together for a VQ I thought I was going to help him write it but once the ideas start he took off with it and brought the pain. Sweat was obtained in the frigid conditional. I see a lot more Q’s coming from DriSoket he seems to have a Flair for F3 and a Natural response to leadership.
