First exercise is forward 10 yards, second is going back and third exercise is when we return. The length will increase 10 yards each time, eventually getting to 100 yards. All mary is a 16 count.

1. 10 yards – Broad jump burpee, backwards run, LBC
2. 20 yards – crab walk forwards, forward run, Big boy
3. 30 yards – crab walk backwards, backwards run, rosalita
4. 40 yards – lunge burpee, forward run, dolly
5. 50 yards – plank walk, backwards run, gas pump
6. 60 yards – bear crawl, forward run, American hammer
7. 70 yards – backwards bear crawl, backward run, iron cross
8. 80 yards – side shuffle, forward run, box cutter
9. 90 yards – skip jumps, backward run, rosalita and dolly
10. 100 yards – sprint, forward run, LBC
11. 10 yards – Broad jump burpee, backwards run, Big boy
