12 pax posted this morning for a warm(er) preview of summer humidity. The fog was thick, goggles would have been handy, but better yet, Windshield Wipers. All returned to the parking lot safe and sound.

Moleskin:
- it was good to be back in the gloom. Been under the weather for a week or so. I appreciate the texts I got last week checking on me, wondering where I’ve been. That’s what makes F3 different from everything else. It makes a difference.
- Exciting to see Treadmill and others hit their 1 yr mark. Excited about mine coming up this Saturday. Amazing the difference a yr can make. I appreciate all the encouragement along the way.
- Wish I had a camera ready this morning, cool pic of “the Gloom” with the fog and headlights coming toward us made perfect silhouettes of pax running in the gloom. Ask CandyStripe. He saw it too.
Announcements:
- Graveyard 1 yr Anniversary Convergence – This Saturday
- MudRun Registration is still open, only with a $10 late fee.

Devo: Romans 8:35-39 – What can separate us from the Love of Christ
This passage encouraged me as I read it this morning. I’m guilty of Paralysis by Analysis too many times. I’ve noticed that when I keep my head down and keep on going, whether at work or at home, things don’t turn out to be as difficult as I thought they might be, especially when I remember that these kind of situations can’t separate me from the love of Christ.
