Every now and then life has a tendency to throw a curveball our way. Today was supposed to be a celebration of a PAX’s four years at the model. However, with his 2.0 feeling less that 100 percent it was clear that this morning ITG was not his time to celebrate. YHC was humbled when called upon to take the Q in the PAX’s absence and was happy to step up and try to deliver a beatdown worthy enough for the HIM of Surge.

WAR….huh…yeah….what it is good for?
The PAX split into two sides, 4 on one team 3 on the other and one by one the PAX on opposing sides would face off and each draw from their respective pile of cards from the trusty F3 Workout Deck (Note…we weren’t playing with a full deck….both in the literal sense and the figurative). The PAX that drew the high card got to choose which work out he wanted to do…
For Example: Wee Wee draws Queen of Diamonds (Diamond Merkins) and Black Betty draws 7 of Clubs (LBC), Wee Wee gets to decide which of the two exercises the PAX would collectively do. Value of Reps are face value and 10-King were 10 each. Ace was high.
After going through the deck there was an odd card out (see not a full deck). That one card was flipped and it was face value plus 10 for the final exercise. Didn’t turn out that bad; 7 of Spades (Monkey Humpers) = 17 Monkey Humpers
