5 pax got a burning sensation in their chest and shoulders at Boneyard

Creating a weinke for Boneyard can be a challenge, removing some of the higher intensity exercises that everyone loves and running.  However, that just leaves more time to really focus on specific areas and that extra time not spent running leaves extra time to again focus on those specific areas.  And that is exactly what happened in the gloom at Boneyard, by the end you could see the smoke coming off the shoulders of the pax.  It’s simply amazing how many variations there are of such a simple exercise known as the merkin.

Overhead claps x 15
LAC x 15 forward/backward
Imperial walker x 15
Merkins x 15
Werkins x 15
Plank rows x 15

Slowsey to outdoor gym

Two groups, 1 min each exercise AMRAP then flap jack

Group one – dips
Group two – tire press

Group one – incline merkins
Group two – hanging leg raise

Group one – decline merkins
Group two – body weight curls

Group one – flutter kicks
Group two – gator merkins

Group one – balls to the wall merkins
Group two – tire shrugs

Rinse and repeat for one more round
