Creating a weinke for Boneyard can be a challenge, removing some of the higher intensity exercises that everyone loves and running. However, that just leaves more time to really focus on specific areas and that extra time not spent running leaves extra time to again focus on those specific areas. And that is exactly what happened in the gloom at Boneyard, by the end you could see the smoke coming off the shoulders of the pax. It’s simply amazing how many variations there are of such a simple exercise known as the merkin.
