The rains were unbearable but we over came that urge to stay in bed and did 40+ sets of awesome! T Spot and I almost got hit by lightning but we didn’t let it scare us away from getting a little better as we jumped over rushing water.

The Thang:

Windmill 15x ic
TTT 15x ic
Lbac 15x ic
Reverse lbac 15x ic
Hillbillies 15x ic
Flutter kicks 15x ic

Around the track we go. Where we stop, nobody knows. We have 40 light poles around our track. We did one of the following exercises at each light pole:
Burpees 5x
Squats 5x
SSH 5x
Bear crawl to the next light pole.
After one round we changed it up to every third light pole and did:
Merkins 5x
BBS 5x
