Six pax at #Swampfox choose to ignore the forecasted rain to be treated to a perfect 50 degree morning.  YHC picked a body part and choose to work out this area before moving to the next.  Work was done.

SSH 15X IC, IW 15X IC, Merkins 20 OYO, Squats 15X IC

Legs- Off to Hamburger Hill

One Hill run after each set of exercises- 10 total hill runs

25 Squats, 20 Squats with calf raises, 20 stepback lunges, 15 Jump Squats, and 20X IC SSH- Rinse and Repeat

Grab Cinder blocks and partner up.

Partner A- Start Burpees; Partner B- Farmer Carry the two cinder blocks 40 yards and back;  Flapjack.  Team must complete 75 burpees

Upper Body- Station A 25 Block Curl Presses; B- 20 Dips; C- 15 Merkins (Wide/Normal/Diamond); Rinse and Repeat two more times- drip to 20 Block Curl Presses and 12 Merkins

ABS- 40X IC Flutter Kicks, 20X IC slow LBC, 20 BB Situps, 20X IC Russian Twists
