Mosey to track, stopping twice after 26 sec, 2 burpees
At track we played blackjack, but today blackjack is 26. Start at one side of the field with 25 LBCs, run width of field do 1 merkin. Run back to other side of field, 24 LBC/ 2 merkins. Rinse and repeat until 13/13, then run a lap around track. Continue blackjack until time is called.
Groups of 3 using width of field again. 1 pax on each side of field, 1 run between. Complete as team- 78 burpees, 156 windmills, 208 BBSU
Pax mosey on track, after 26 sec, 2 burpees. 26 lunges (13 each leg) then 2 burpees. Mosey 26 sec, 2 burpees. 26 squats, 2 burpees.
