Devo: YHC had the opportunity to visit the Billy Graham Library yesterday. Highly recommend. Here were some takeaways:
- It is not about the Man, it is about the message he was called to share
- That message was “God Loves You”
- The basis of salvation is Faith and only Faith. There is no way to understand it on our own.
- Billy Graham was on talk shows and was offered all kinds of opportunities to make more money. But he never waivered from his calling to preach the Good News Message that God Loves You.
- The Story of his Wife Ruth and their Marriage was truly inspiring.
- #HIM of #HIMs when you see the crowds that came to see him, stadiums were packed both in the US and in foreign countries
- Consider the Impact that Mordecai Ham, the Evangelist that young Billy Graham went to hear when he accepted Christ – We never know who may be listening…
