100 dips while your partner runs up the low hill and performs 1 Mountain man-maker. Alternate until you reach 100.
Legs:
100 squats while your partner runs up the low hill and performs 3 Mountain man-makers. Alternate until you reach 100.
100 jump lunges while your partner runs up the low hill and performs 2 Mountain man-makers. Alternate until you reach 100.
100 step-ups while your partner runs up the low hill and performs 1 Mountain man-maker. Alternate until you reach 100.
Abs:
100 LBCs while your partner runs up the low hill and performs 3 Mountain man-makers. Alternate until you reach 100.
100 flutter kicks while your partner runs up the low hill and performs 2 Mountain man-makers. Alternate until you reach 100.
100 reach for the sky while your partner runs up the low hill and performs 1 Mountain man-maker. Alternate until you reach 100.
And since we have proclaimed February as “Burpuary”, 100 burpees in same fashion as above.
