COP – 3 count SSHx10, 5 burpees – OYO, SSHx10, 5 burpees – OYO, Slo-squats 10, 5 burpees – OYO, Slo-squats 10 – 5 burpees – OYO, LBAC-F x 10, 5 burpees – OYO, LBAC-R x 10 – Mosey to the Castle #hotbox (though not this time of the year) for Block Selection – PAX confused as they did not know that the prior night, YHC loaded the heated mens room at #thecastle with 10 CB’s and 20 Bricks – warming up the AM workout equipment.
Round 1 – Wall squat with Bricks held in front – followed by active rest – Brick Curls, Rinse and repeat.
Round 2 – Mosey to KG Drive with BRICKS for Kamikaze’s now – 25x25x25 as these PAX are getting stronger – Merkins, LBC’s, and Squats – right turn run with BRICKS to Guard Shack and back with 25x25x25 at each Cul-de-sac (total of 125 Merkins, 125 LBC’s and 125 Squats). PAX are warmed up for the CB’s.
Round 3 – all 3 count IC with CB OHP x 20, Curls x 20, Modified Squats With Block “SWB”x 10, Chest Press x 20, BBSI x 20 OYO, Overhead Pullover Press x 20, flutter kicks with blocks in press position x 20. Mosey to the picnic tables for 1 set of 3 ct Tricep Dips x 15 followed by 20 squats. Mosey back to the COP as time is running short.
Round 3 – 3 count IC with CB OHP x 15, Curls x 15, modified slo count SWB+Bricks x 10 and finished strong with the Kamikaze Pullover Press x 10 and DONE!
