11 pax posted for round 2 of the 5:00 am run group. YHC decided for a familiar route, and the groans were overwhelming when Whiteford (and the hill up to Lowes) was mentioned. One pax almost got in his car to leave… (Cough … Cough…. Cheech … Cough…. Cough), but thankfully it was only to unload some of his gear. Great work by all as we were all reminded, what goes down…. must come back up on the way back!
Conditions: Low 30s, but not too cold
The Thang:
Depart PLC parking lot jog south toward Whiteford Neighborhood.
When the lead pax reach the Whiteford sign, loop back to the 6 to keep the group tight.
Turn Left onto Whiteford Way and jog toward Lowes.
When the lead pax reach the traffic cirlce at the bottom of Whiteford hill, loop back to the 6 to keep the group tight.
At 20 minutes turn back to return to the PLC Parking lot, continuing to loop back to the 6 at the same landmarks.
The pax ran distances ranging from about 4 mi up to 4.7 mi.

- February 7: Convergence at SnakePit, 7am. If you haven’t been to SnakePit, located at White Knoll High School, you’re missing out on a great AO.
