14 Pax rose to the beckoning call of the gloom this morning and posted to Snakepit for an old school beatdown at the hands of YHC. With multiple Qs over the course of the last few weeks as well as a hectic schedule YHC had to dig deep to find the creative spark to challenge this group of guys.

One pax calls an exercise to AMRAP and then sprints 100 yds and back. rotate through group.
