(This is a good way to practice your form as doing them on the block forces your hands and elbows in the correct position)
Hodor:
With the block held out in front of you, raise it up and over your head into a tricep extension, back to the front and into a squat, and then stand. That’s 1. Repeat x 30. Take one lap around the track with your block.
Time to get to know your fellow PAX!
Pair up. Take 5 seconds to learn the FIRST NAME of your partner. One partner starts to bear crawl around the track (Yes, 1/4 mile of bear crawls). When PAX #1 gets tired of bear crawling, call out to the other PAX to bear crawl to you. PAX #1 does overhead arm claps waiting for PAX #2. Complete one lap.
