Uncle Rico VQ

9 Pax entered the gloom at Depot for Uncle Rico’s VQ. There were no steaks thrown at slacking PAX and the Q was excited to finally step up and lead this great group of men.

The Thang:
Get 2 Bricks and mosey to soccer field

Mosey to middle of the field
Start at Corner 1 -25 Monkey Humpers
Run to Corner 2- 25 Carolina Dry Docks
Run to Corner 3-25 Russian Twists
Run to Corner 4-25 Merkins
After each set run to the middle of the field and do 25 curls with bricks

Back to Corner 1-25 Squats
Run to Corner 2-25 Werkins
Run to Corner 3-25 Flutterkicks
Run to Corner 4-25 Mountain Climbers in honor of Uncle Rico
After each set run to the middle of the field and do 25 curls with bricks

Return bricks and switch it out for a block

Mosey to Suck Hill

Carry block to top of hill do 6 merkins with hand on block. 6 reps per hand (total of 12 reps) while alternating hands
Run back down hill with block
Rinse and repeat until you hit 1 rep (5, 4, 3, 2, 1)
Leave Blocks at bottom of hill
Bear crawl up run back down
Crab Walk up run back down
Frog Jump up run back down
Rinse and repeat
Return blocks
Mosey to Playground
25 dips OYO
25 step ups each leg OYO (50 total)
Walk Sits for 1 min Hands up for 1 min
Rinse and Repeat
Mosey to soccer field
Start on end line
Skip to other sideline and sprint back
Karaoke facing right to other sideline and sprint back
Karaoke facing left to other sideline and spring back
Back pedal to halfway turn and sprint to other sideline and repeat back to original sideline
