The Labor Day Ladder

8 faithful posted for a holiday edition of speed day at Swagger. Having the day off from work didn’t deter the pax as we got in some work of our own down at the track.

The Thang:
Mosey to track behind Irmo Middle School (1 mile)
100 meter sprint
200 meter sprint
400 meter sprint
600 meter sprint
800 meter sprint
100 meter sprint
100 meter sprint

Return to RIPBB (1 mile)

BOM led by Major Pain

Moleskin: Great work by the pax. An extended coffeeteria was enjoyed afterwards by 6 Swaggerers down at the Dunkin Donuts. Fall must be near….the pumpkin donut is back! Mmmmm. T-claps to Sister Wife for posting a photo this AM suitable for the “Don’t Try This At Home” segment of a risk management presentation. I hope that the only thing this ladder was actually used for today was the featured image of this post. When ladders start looking more like scaffolding, that’s when things get a little scary.

The West Columbia AO will launch next Tuesday, September 9. 0530 at Howard Park behind Northside Middle School off of US 378.

Pray for our brothers running in the BRR this weekend. Wishing them safety, fun and a memorable experience. ISI.
