- 20 Imperial Walkers-IC
- 20 LBC-IC
- 20 Little Arm Circles-IC
The Highway
- Run up steps
- 20 merkins
- run to other steps
- 20 squats
- run down other steps
- 20 dips
- run back to start
- 20 Curls
- 20 Overhead Press
- Rinse and repeat AMRAP for 30 minutes or until you have no more energy
Bring Cinder Blocks back repeating same exercises and when we brought them up.
Head to main driveway for sprints
