Mozy to the track and jog 2 warm up laps.. (800m)

Tabata Protocol workout… 20 seconds 100% sprint followed by 10 seconds of rest. Rinse and repeat a total of 8 times. YHC kept time.

Butt kicks 100m back
Skips 100m to and back on the straight away
Modified Tabata… 10 seconds 100% sprint followed by 20 second rest… (Not the best combination… will improve for the next time)
Cool down lap.

The first Tabata workout wore everyone out… as it should have. If you’re not, you’re not pushing strong enough. This workout can be done anywhere with pretty much any exercise.
