11 pax swam into the muggy gloom this morning for an all over the park good time with cinder blocks led by YHC. There was very little mumble chatter this morning, not sure if it was the humid air making it hard to breathe or the pax trying to figure out how to take out the Q so they didn’t have to carry the blocks anymore.
The Thang:
Everybody grab a Cinder Block and Mosey to the grassy area between the maintenance shed and the baseball fields for the COP.

Partner 1 runs to top of hill and does 10 Burpees while Partner 2 does Squats at bottom of hill

Football Field:
Line up on end line for Light Pole/Merkin Suicides
Sprint to the first light pole and do 5 Merkins
Continue this for the next 2 light poles and finish with 5 Merkins at the starting point

Moleskin:
Excellent work by the pax this morning. Toting a cinder block around is no fun, but the pax arose to the challenge. With talk of Goruck and USMC Mudrun going around this workout should be a good supplement to the training regimen of the pax to get them ready for these challenges.
