13 Pax made it out to Strut this morning with guns exposed and ready for a beatdown on this first Tuesday in June and start of the 4th Annual #TankTopTuesday month at Strut. Cotters to YHC who has been MIA since P200 prep, but it was beyond time to get right and get back at it. What better way than with biceps blazing and tacos drawn – on the tanktop that is.

Head to the rock pile and choose wisely.
Lunge walk / curl on call of the Q from RP to the hill behind the school.
Line up at the base of the hill.
One at a time, do 10 curls then haul it up the hill with your rock.
When the man to your left has finished his curls and takes off, start your curls.
All pax hold rock at 90° until its your turn to curl.
Once at the top, do 10 more curls and return the rock to 90° until all pax are done.

Mosey with rock back to rock pile. Abandon rock leaving lasting negative memories on both parties.
