Conditions: 42 and breezy
The Thang: Three Pax descended upon RIPBB and decided that today would be a good day for some track work. 1 mile run to CrossRoads Middle School track. We did a combination of speed intervals starting at 100m and progressing up through 200m and 300m. Great work despite the fact that none of the Pax were “feeling ” it this morning.
