  1. Another beatdown by Fiji, with lots of P’s (pull-ups, planks, Peter Parkers, Parker Peters, pain). Then Lamont comes up with this thing where we are passing a large rock and doing squats and merkins, all this in the dark. His VQ should be fun. Cheers!
