25 Pax, Including 1 FNG (Manscape) posted to a foggy Shawshank for a Ranger led total body workout. It was impressive to see the large number of Pax, a clear testamony to the HC skills of the Shawshank crew. Lots of mumble chatter throughout as talk of GoRuck adventures continued and even some Boooing from the Pax for some not so favorite exercises. Sorry (not really). Spirits were High as were the efforts of all the Pax. 8 or 9 stride lighters participated in the pre-workout run (not YHC) so a great double down effort by many.
