27 PAX showed up in the gloom this am @RBHS to put their bodies to the test. YHC didn’t have anything planned, so………….. I just winged it. These workouts always seem to suck like no other and due to the lack of mumble chatter I would say it was a success. Smile Men!!!

After leading the GoRuck workout Monday morning @ Graveyard and pushing those guys to exhaustion. I honestly didn’t feel like sitting down to come up with a pre-determined workout. I have found in the past and I’m sure the PAX’s will concur, that when PYT just wings it they seem to be a little more FUN!! My goal was chest and Abs combined with more chest and more abs, with a little bit of sprinting thrown in. All in all I would say the workout was a HIT. Pretty much no mumble chatter other than a few sighs or few choice words. When the Q smokes himself along with his men, ” It’s gonna be a great day, and an awesome nights sleep”
