jog to a spot doing butt-kicks, karaoke, and high knees on the way
20 SSH
20 arm circles
20 imperial walkers

2 minutes as many push ups as possible
2 minutes as many sit-ups as possible

do 10 box jumps on picnic table
run around the building
10 squats
repeat for 5 minutes, adding 10 reps each round

jog to parking lot
5 minutes of continuous relays
when you aren’t running, you’re squatting

jog to picnic tables near playground
5 decline push ups
5 toe taps
repeat for 5 minutes, adding 5 reps each round
halfway through start taking off five reps each round

jog back to parking lot
30 LBC
20 russian twist
30 seconds of 6 inches
