Six pax arrived at stride prepared for the Beep Test. They were more prepared than YHC, who didn’t sufficiently charge the battery to his iphone, which of course is how YHC plays the “beeps.”

THE THANG:
jog around the parking lot, with butt kicks, karaoke, and high knees
Start the beep test:
start on a line, when you hear the beep run to the next line 20 yards away
setup and wait for the next beep. on the next beep, run back to start.
repeat until failure, beeps get closer together
everyone made it to stage 4…and then the battery died…oops
run back to YHCs car, YHC drives car back to test site, pax jogs back.
ROUND 2:
Test is now properly administered through car sound system.

mosey cool down jog around the lot
never-ending relays: two teams of 3. man #1 on a line, man #2 on another line about 30 yards away, man #3 is running from man #1 to man #2, when he gets there, he sets up and man #2 runs to man #1. repeat forever.
do a little mosey around the lot.
for the last few minutes, jog around a rectangle portion of parking lot, lengths are mosey, widths are fast
