YHC knew from the get go that’d he would probably be the only one out for some GORUCK training this morning since most made it out to the sim the night before. Regardless, he set his alarm, woke up early, and went out into the gloom and found…no one. No biggie though, he rucked up and used part of the time to prep for his next Q in an hour at Graveyard. Then he got some time with a fully loaded ruck (all bricks and full bladder), and had some practice carrying the Graveyard shovel flag around the AO. He decided to hunt down the new Boneyard crew, had a brief chat with them, and then hustled back to get ready for the next task of the day.
YHC did think that he probably looked fairly suspicious rucking around the school campus all alone with cammie bottoms, black jacket, beanie, and a ruck sack on at 6 in the morning. In the end, he got some morning rucking in to partially make up for missing the sim.
On a side note, this was the easiest back blast to write…ever.
