Mr. Berry makes his Monday Swagger Debut

Conditions: 68 and cool

The Thang: YHC posted early to get in a little extra mileage and was met by a Droid, C3PO.  We ran 1.97 miles out and back towards the post office for a little warmup and extra mileage.

Swagger started at 5:30 and four more Pax joined us.  Great to be back out in the gloom with Napalm.  Ding-A-Ling (Frank Berry, somehow named after one of Chuck Berry’s hit songs) showed for his first Monday session at Swagger.  Ding-A-Ling was heard saying “next monday I will be sleeping in”.  If Spook has anything to do with it, that wont happen and we will see him back out in the gloom to #getbetter.

Head out of RIPBB down Fork Avenue up the hills and hang a right on Nursery Road.  Turn right on Lake Murray Blvd and stop at the bottom of the hill for a two minute stretch at the car wash.  Cross the street for an all out sprint from the stop light to the Kroger Gas sign.  Mosey to the hill for backwards sprints, MajorPain shuffles, and the Mungoid Hop.  Back to the parking lot for tree line suicides and then mosey sprints to the other side of the parking lot and back.  End with another backwards sprint up the hill and mosey back down and over to RIPBB.

Excellent work by all Pax today, especially Ding-A-Ling, who did 100% better than he was doing last Monday morning.  Keep it up and you will improve dramatically.
