The Thang:
Jog to practice field, 1 lap around then circle up.
SSH: 20 x IC
TTT: 20 x IC
Imperial Walker: 20 x IC
LBC: 10 x IC/ Flutter Kicks 10 x IC
Merkins: 20 x IC
Pull out Logsicles and pair up in 2’s, first partner flips log the entire length of field while partner lunges behind him. Switch when done.
slow squats 40 x IC
Flutter Kicks 20 x IC
Slow Count Merkins x 10
Switch Logs and repeat flips to end of field and back
Put logs up and line up for wind sprints:
sprint to end zone / 20 merkins
sprint back / 20 merkins
line back up for 1 final 200 yard sprint
